Adaptation of first-year students in new educational establishments is very important period. Many students with pleasure accept change of their status and at the same time they are confronted with a number of difficulties:

• New system of training;
• A strain on relations with group mates and teachers;
• Independent life without support of parents.

The role of curators is carried out by teachers of academies. Functions of the curator of the student group are to help first-year students to adapt for a new student life, to learn to cope with their duties and to know rights, to tell about the organization of educational process in academies, to rally a collective and to create a favorable microclimate in group. The curator of first-year students is an effective means of the help to students.
